Have You Ever Got Crush With Your Own Best Friend?

First of all, welcome to myLot. Yes of course, and I do not deny it. I have experienced that when I am in grade school, high school, and college. I cannot explain the feelings that I have for her but I truly have this kind of admiration to her. I am always happy when I see her. When we talked about something, I just cannot see her through my eyes. But despite of that, I am always there for her. When she have problems, I am the one who is there, advising her what to do, and I am so concerned to her. Since then, are bonding became strong. It so happened that she had this admiration to one of my schoolmates. I feel empty and sad that we are not meant to each other. I want her to be happy with the guy that she really loves, and I do not want to be the source of her regrets. I had decided to accept the fact, and to move on. That's life. Have a great day!

Hmmm. a very nice discussion I must say. The last few lines are more significant. When you see your Best friend get cosy with someone, you feel bad. Actually this haoppens when we share our most of thoughts with best friend of oposite gender. Actually I have not felt so but once the person I used to think my best friend thought so. He even proposed me. Although I declined, but after that day whenever I used to talk or go for a cup of tea with some of my otgher team mates he used to feel bad.He evenm asked me not tp talk that much with them., But above all I was wrong in knowing taht person. It proved to be a flirt and recntly he has behaved so badly with me that we have no contact. Still it pains a lot!

I did liked one of my closest friend!! But never had any strenght to go and tell him this..!! Actually I myself was never clear about that whether I liked him or not..!! But after some time he himself came and told me that he loves me..!! Now Bingo!! Thats the coolest thing ever happend..!! It was the greatest day I ever had!! I loved him... :)

Yes this is true in my case, but I am more of the sneaky type. You see, she was already my crush and that's why I befriended her then we became very close and now we're like best friends. I have already told her how I feel. She hasn't said anything in reply but she didn't reject me either. So I'm kind of in limbo right now and I don't know where this is going, but we continue to be close friends.

Currently I am kinda in love with my best friend. I do know it for what it is though. She is pretty much all I want in a gf, but I would never put the friendship to the test. I have been in love with her before and back then didnt do anuthing else. We are on the other hand VERY open with each other, and dont hide the fact when it happens to either one of us. We have known each other for a good 21years now so its happend a few times that one of us got caught in a bad case of more than friendly feelings situations. I just keep it to the flirting and so does she. We both like flirting madly with everyone and anything, since its so lifeconfirming in a way :D We have discussed it a lot of times, and neither of us are actually willing to crash and burn. So as time progressed we just learned to accept the feelings that happens, seperating the random crush and lust from the heartaches of being in love. What is a bit hard at times though is our partners when it happens, but usually when we are very honest and open about it they understand it as well. Well, I do mingle with ppl that are like me. Im very openminded towards these things and so are they.

I also fell inlove with one of my best friends in high school. I guess, it can't really be avoided because you both are together in almost everything, he laughs with you, he listens to you when you have a problem..thru ups and downs he is there always. So, chances are big that your feelings will be develop. I have learned from one of our classmates that my best friend has a feeling for me too but he opted to keep it because he is afraid that our friendship will be ruin if in case we will both decide to be in a relationship and it will fail...so sad but I already get over with it...Well, that was 18yrs ago...*smile*

I think there haven gotten crush with me and my betfrind,though looks friendly.we always reciprocation each other before,but now .....now we wathc out for each other.I have something,she would not pay attention to or standoffish,for befor,she would be care for me.
