A calm woman would agree your point. But when she is exciting, what she would do?I thing most of time she would not remember the possable consequence. So abortion is a comman phenomenon in my society.

Abortion is a very simple isssue: If you don't like abortion, don't have one, but don't try to impose your religious views on other people.

i dont like it. i never will. its cruel. if people dont want children, ever, they should rather follow extra birth control steps like sterilization. in extreme cases like rape or health threatening situations, it could be considered. the abortion clinics should also implement extensive therapy before any abortion.

"i have to be honest with you, i felt like gloom until 2 months AFTER the birth of my daughter." I'm sorry, but I'm too curious not to ask...who took care of your daughter for 2 months while you sorted out if you wanted a child?

i am not talking about you dear clam or gloom or anyone like you. some wonan dont use birth control as its expensive or too much to remember. they use abortion. i have to be honest with you, i felt like gloom until 2 months AFTER the birth of my daughter. but now i thank God i didnt go through with the abortion, as hard as this experience was for me.i love her more than anything.

I think it s definately a personal choice! and it needs to be clearly thought through! You need to weigh all of the consequences and realize what your actually doing! Some people don't really have a choice? If you are veer in the situation don't let others influence you. Go with your instinct and what you believe is right for you and your baby!!

Yes Brookehaun, it is definitely down to personal choice.... I know a couple of women who cringe when they see a baby or a child coming in their direction. But I cringe when I see a woman like that. I have to say that in certain cases I would be for, and in some cases against.

brookehaun, i also defitenly agree with you it's a personal choice but make sure it's what you want before you just go ahead and do it. Your also right when you say some people do not have a choice to get it,but for those who do like you said before need to really think it through. I just don't feel like it's right because when you have an abortion your just killing another life, and like i said in my response you might as well go ahead and kill someone and not even get punished for it because that's pretty much what you are doing.!!!!

I would think it's lucky we live in a country where we still have the freedom to choose what we do with our bodies.

My view for abortion is a crime that are committed by the people who did the abortion process. Abortion is an absolutely wrong and it is a crime of murder. And absolutely I am not favor for this. And I think the fetus have life and like us she/he have a right to see this wonderful world.

I am against abortion. Who in their right minds can say that anything with a beating heart is not anything but ALIVE! It is irresponabilty on both of the parents. Many people are dying to have children adoption is best.My belief is that everything happens for a reason no matter who you are and what religion you have or don't have. Those poor children didn't ask to be concieved!

I will also agree with you that its killing of innocent. The blaim goes to those couple who practice such. But to the single one let me agree with you that they need to be more enlighten to tractivce Adoption instead of Abortion. Thanx

Everybody has the right to live! Abortion is a wrong way of solving a wrong doing. You cannot solve a mistake by creating another mistake. A woman is carrying a life and when you say life it means both body and soul! No matter how painful your situation, a woman must not end the life that she carry...even how a woman rationalize the situation and resort to abortion, it will always haunt her for the rest of her life because killing is against the natural law.

I'd disagree that killing is against the natural law. There is nothing on this planet that doesn't "kill" something in order to remain alive. Whether it's a vegeterian cow eating living grass or a primitive human committing infanticide because the tribe can't support another member at this time. However, terminating a pregnancy is not killing anyway. It's a pregnancy, it is completely dependent on a woman's body, it has no characteristics of life, and no viability. It's not yet alive, so it can't be killed. If a woman chooses to terminate it will not haunt her for the rest of her life. If she's making the best decision for her at the time, why would you assume she'd ever be unhappy with that decision?
