Do anyone that meet the colleagues that work very slow and always pass the documents late to u?? Hence it will effect you cant finish your own work in time and prepare the report to your management?? What you will do if u have this kind of coolegues??

Oh I know what you mean. I work in the order processing department of a very successful online store, and we sell on eBay etc....and this guy I work with is just hopeless.
He spends a lot of time surfing the internet and doing a lot of non work-related stuff and it frustrates me because he could be helping me so that i don't have to do a lot of unpaid overtime. He never does overtime, I'm the one stuck with it all. I can't just leave it and not do it or else the work piles up and I get stuck not getting orders out the door.
I am worried that over Christmas time that he won't help or do much either, as we sell more then and are usually swamped. He wasn't working with us last Christmas so I can't say for sure if he will be as slack as he normally is, but I just have that gut feeling.
He annoys me immensely and I have spoken to management about it and they said that they would speak to him but I guess they have been too busy with their work and haven't had the time yet.
On the bright side, I am the one who got a pay rise recently and not him so I win in the end, even though I am tired all the time.

Hello, signum. I agree with you. Although we have mention the situation to the management, they also din't carry put any solution as they are too busy with the important matters.
But i am more luckily because today i got email this matter to my boss, then he have advised me to survey that colleague for a period. If she still behave like that, he will hired a more experience staff to handle over her works.
So, i think we just need do our own work for the company and get what we should get..

I didnt work so much with documents as I was a carrer and man was it anoing when someone is runing late or not doing it properly. you have 1 client each yo have to get them ready (bath, dress, hair ) than give them food and meds.turn the dishwasher on. pack them for placement get them on the bus and clean. Now if 1 staff is not done everything is messed up the food is cold (re heat it) wait for the plate, now the dishwasher is not on on time so you have to stay back to empty it. man somethimes I am glad I am not working at the moment.

Hi,violeta...So what is ur job now?? I m admire the people who are not working yet & will think about the scholl time at last times.
Sometime i will think we just get such paid, why need so many works instead that work should be done by other people before they pass to me..
