I beleave this is slowing happening it seems the rich make congress its all about who has the best party and can make friends with corperations to control them. Isnt the goverment contoling buisness communism? I beleave we should have a president and no one elese every major issue like going to war would be a vote and the people would choose this countrys future!

Yes, also communist! I believe the US government, currently operating by martial law standards, is communistic, dictatorial and piracy!
And Airforcekid, I believe it is the other way around: big business controlling the US government! Did you know that the president of the US is actually elected by big business and pressure groups (although the people are given the notion that they are indeed electing the president by their votes)?

1- We aren't under martial law
2- Communism is a form of economy
3- Tell those in living in real dictatorships that the US is a dictatorship and watch them laugh.
4- Just FYI to those not in America, the US president is elected by popular and electoral college votes, not big business.

Technically teh government controlling business is called socialism. And the US is probably the best example of a capitalist economy resisting socialism as long as possible.

Thing is, alot of decisions the governments make are based upon the benefits they'd get from large companies and businesses and vice versa and that's called Fascism.
We're burning through the dictionary, I guess.
