I have bought few things online from Amazon.co.uk and the service was really good. Few days back I received a parcel which I haven't ordered and the amount was also credited from my husband's account. I managed to send it back with the help of amazon and the money was also refunded. But today I have again received a parcel which neither my husband nor myself have ordered. I have mailed them about this. I dont know what is happening.

is there somebody living in your house that probably used your credit card to do online shopping? what i'm thinking is that, probably that someone who ordered the parcel was someone you and your husband knew if it was delivered in your place. when a credit card is being hacked, you will only be billed actually and received those invoices, but you will never received the items that were ordered because it will be shipped in a different shipping address. probably, a hackers address. my online friend told me before that he knew someone who has a lot of list of credit cards. and that guy got all those information from the internet. and they uses those credit cards to do online shopping. when it is shipped on that shipping address, they will just tell the shipper that the card owner was on a vacation so that they will just receive the item. this is the reason why i am always hesitant to do online shopping or online payments.

Although sometimes I still have some worries, but I like shopping online anyway. Fortunately up to now I haven't met bad experience in this aspect. I enjoy it because it is much more convenient and fast.

I've been shopping online for years and never had a problem. You might want to change the information you have online if you are getting packages you didn't order.
