is studying hard is the only way to get good job????

Studying hard is one thing. Understanding properly whatever is studied is another thing. Expression orally and in writing is another things. Unemployment is due to there are more number of people for less number of jobs. One should not feel disappointed for not getting the job. Until one gets the job, one should constantly go on acquire both theoretical and practical experiences so that these things come handy when you appear for interview. There are millions of people who have not studied hard but still in great jobs. So it depends how you encash on the available opportunities and make use of it to climb the ladder of success.
