Are you often sleepy recently?

Morning Mari. You are not the only one who feels sleepy these day. It is the same with me. These days I have been very sleepy and tired because of the heavy rain caused by the latest typhoon to Zhejiang Province.

Hot weather makes me sleepy, so does cold weather. I am not working so i can't say that's why. Around 2pm I am always sleepy. I sleep alot when I am depressed, I spent almost 3 yrs sleeping, not literally of course. I enjoy sleeping I can sleep up to 12 hours at a time on somedays. It is a form of escape for me.

I am often sleepy yes, but it's not always to do with the weather. I have trouble sleeping anyway and in the summer months find myself waking up during the night several times unless I sleep with the fan on all night. I rarely manage to sleep all through for a straight 7 or 8 hours and therefore am often tired because I've had a broken sleep. I honestly can't remember the last time I slept right through a solid 7 or 8 hours. I can just sit here and dream about having a good night's sleep though LOL!

Hello there I often feel sleepy too especially after lunch. I think the main reason is because I have not been sleeping well at night. I find it difficult to sleep well at night. Maybe it's because of the work stress and life problems.
