new york licensed nurse / myLot

im a registerd nurse in our country... im about to apply for an nclex exam and i can't decide on what state of board of nursing i would choose... pls give me some ideas or suggestion regarding this... and... if im a licensed nurse in new york, do i still have to take another state board exam to be able to work in another state? (is the license valid to other states?)

I am in Ohio. My license will be valid only in Indiana and Michigan. Otherwise, I would need an endorsement.
