how to gain weight????

hello everyone
i am very slim and thin 17 year old.
i want to gain weight
i live in india
so please give response to me having thought that i am living in india( so many foods are not available here)
ALSO I am semi vegetarian( i eat only eggs, no chicken)
PLEASE HELP ME

U shud try having banana shake every morning, it will help u gain weight very quickly.. If that dosen't help, increase ur intake of fatty foods, the ones which are oily kind, like butter, cheese and the like.. But don't overdo them, try eating fruits also at times to keep ur diet in a complete balance...

I was very skinny when I was young, I was very self self aware of this I hated it, then someone told me to go to the Health Food Shop and get a thing called Body Bulk it is a powder you mix with milk it is the only thing that worked for me, I used to stack it with malt and bananas but now that I am older I am sorry I ever did, once you put on weight as we all do when we get older it is so hard to take it off...good luck to you.

Well yes it certainly worked for me I went from six and a half stone to eight stone in a couple of months, but as I saif it is then hard to take it off, but I was desperate, I hated being skinny...

as you live india i would suggest having parhatas for breakfast with egg, have atleast 2 glasses of full cream milk during the day and couple of dates..
dates are easy to eat, full of energy, also try eating cheese as well.
take vitamins, it helps some people to gain weight if they exercise as well as you build muscle..but not too much so that you dont loose any weight..good luck

eat more? consider turning to non vegetarian...
cause most vegetarian foods WONT help in gaining weight..
