I get a lot of spam E-mail like that plus many people sent me E-mail that I will be the beneficiary of millions of dollars from countries that you would have trouble finding on the maps of the world. And then there are those that claim to be from places like EBay. When I get Email like that I forward it to the companies that it claims to be from. They are just phishing to get information from you so that they can rip you off.

Just as everyone is saying, it is a scam and you shouldn't even open those emails. Actually, you should be carful about opening any email from a source you do not recognize. It is best to delete any email that isn't from a sender you know. Those lottery winning emails you get when you never entered them or like the popups on some pages saying you are the 1 millionth the visitor and you win something; so how can you be the 1 millionth vistor almost every day? Scams, etc. are rampant on the Internet, so be very careful.
