Is anyone having problems with this? I use Firefox primarily and I was having problems with viewing rich text until I added a firefox add on. This solved the problem but a few days ago Hotmail switched my account to Live Hotmail and I'm having the same problem I only see html mostly when I pull up drafts but also some other emails only show html. I tried it in IE thinking it was just a firefox problem but I get the same thing in IE. I send an email to Hotmail but haven't heard anything back yet. Anyone else having problems with switching to Live Hotmail? It's really getting on my nerves

I had to get rid of my Hotmail account. I had no way of opting out of the beta. I E-mailed support services, and have gotten nothing back from them. Aside from not being able to opt out of the beta, I was then thrown into 'Windows Live', and I am unable to access my mail half of the time. It just freezes mid-way through.
I'd go with GMail, it's a lot less cluttered, and a lot more simplified.
Sorry your having so much trouble,
Cortney

That sucks. I swear why couldn't they just leave well enough alone? I have a gmail account and I haven't had problems except that I can't view some images in firefox but that's no big deal. Hotmail is my primary account and it the oldest one I've had so that's why I continue to use it. But yeah I might consider switching everything to gmail if this keeps up.

I've read so many reviews on various websites that complain so much about the switch. I don't understand why Microsoft can't just leave
well enough alone rather than changing everything? Instead of forcing us into some new account layout, they should've given us a choice in the matter.
I had my account there for at least four years, and I've had to send out an E-mail to a massive number of contacts to them to change it, and unfortunately it'll probably never really work the way I want it to. It's so hard starting over with a new address after having one for so long.
