anybody here have received FREE LOTTO advisory stating you have won $1,000,000 but you need to purchase monthly subscription? Any feedback will be helpful, thanks

If you've won, you've won...no subscriptions or purchases should be required for that. I often get scam Lotto or other winning notifications in my email, a lot actually that I want to change my email address already.
