I was watching TV with my kids last night and saw The Rock on 2 different TV shows first he was on Cory in the house Then Hannah Montana. Those are both Disney channel shows for those who do not know. And he looks really good only thing is he tries so hard to be funny and he really is not. I think he should have stuck to wrestling. Do any of you think he is a better Actor then Wrestler or other way around?

I like both of way of him. Stone Cold and him are my two favourite wrestler. I mean the passed era. He's a good wrestler on stage. Besides a good wrestler, he can be a good actor too.

I think he IS funny. He was very funny spontaneously in wrestling and I think he made a great choice to get out while he could.
I think he has natural charisma that shows through if give the right part.
Wrestling is a stinky place to be for too long. I applaud the Rock for getting out and making it without WWE's help. I am sure his life is safer if nothing else now.
I thought he was quite funny in the movie with Christoper Walken (who I love) but he needs the right parts to do them justice. I would love to see him back in wrestling for selfish reasons but I am glad he isn't going back to it for his health.

I like Christopher Walken movies also he is a great actor. I loved the Rundown movie with him and The Rock in it. Wrestling is a hard job people might see it as fun it isn't it is hard to be wrestler and try not to seriously hurt someone. It is all an act that they put on for us as viewers. So yeah I am glad he could experience other things in life besides wrestling. He may be back to wrestling though seems like all the wrestlers are coming back. As you said not everyone is cut out for all parts it takes one heck of a actor to be able to pull off it all and do a good job. The Rock will does great in action films maybe some day he will make our heart pitter patter in a romance one, one can never know.

I'm a huge wrestling fan and he was one of my favorites, so I will always like him more as a wrestler. It took me a while to get used to him becoming an actor. I was quite upset about it for a while but I've gotten used to it now. I see that he is very happy doing what he does now, so I'm happy. He's doing good so far and I'll think he'll be even better as he takes on more movies.

My daughter loves the Rock but I haven't seen him on Disney! I know that he has made some movies and we liked them and I am looking forward to seeing "Game Plan"- his new movie. I would like to see him go back into wrestling again though!

Comedy isn't for everyone especially if your not like jim carrey or robin williams. But the rock tries. He was great in his movies that we have watched with him in it so maybe comedy is out but action and drama is what he does best. From what I have heard most the wrestling is acting since they did say that about 80% was not real but a act they put on for the fans and viewers. He is going back to wrestling soon probably alot of the wrestlers are coming back the undertaker also.

I've liked the movies I've seen him in so far. The new one he has coming out where he has a daughter looks pretty good. I think the actors on those disney shows are kind of cheesy to begin with. I think he does pretty good as an actor, but I also liked seeing him as a wrestler. It would be nice if he came back to wrestling. You'd think he could do both.

I love "The Rock" :):) I think he acts quite well in some movies like "The Scorpion King", "The Mummy Returns" and "walking tall"... even when he portrayed a Football coach for juvenile delinquents. There are a few that I thought he had not done well in but I would still watch his movies even if it was bad acting LOL
