i have a huge spot on the side of my nose and are going out tommorrow day how can i reduce the size and redness overnight i have tried lots of ways but just cannot get rid of it.

regardless of whether its a pimple or not you can use eye drops. get the kind for eye redness and irritation. put some on shortly before you go out and continue to reapply and cover with foundation or concealer

You may want to try putting aloe vera on the pimple.
