The baby Angel fish have now been free swimming for 2 days. The parents are still caring for the babies and sticking them in clumps during the night. Do they need to stick the babies together an attach them to an object still? When is the right time to take the parents out? I have noticed that the babies have already begun to chew on the parents even though we are feeding them brine shrimp frozen and fresh 3 times a day.

Take the parents out. The babies dont need them anymore plus the parents might try to eat them. Seperate them and feed the babies 2 times a day. The adults only need once a day. If you take the bebies out the parents might breed again and you will have more. But they wont breed if the babies are there. I hope this helps some.

I find that if he must remove the parents so that the baby is freer, more untied.
But this only after one 2 months since that the baby was born.

If you are interested in watching the angelfish raise the babies then leave them in with the parents until they are about two or three weeks swimming or older. this way the babies will learn how to be parents and nor become the egg eaters that are found where the eggs are taken away from the parents right away.

As you know I can't answer your questions, but being interested in your success, I read your discussion.
I am very glad that your baby Angel Fish are so far surviving.
