I think it will depend on what you beleive in. In my case,I would start out with a good long talk and some sort of grounding,then if this does not work And I know most do not agree,but I use a form of embarrasment. and as a last resort,a good spanking on the butt. As a sgt,s wife,a little drill may also be a way of letting her know she better behave.lol

My mom would just raise her hand and we would know to stop doing bad things or whatever, she never hit us, but the threat of maybe getting our butts beat! We listened and did what we were told.

I think postive reinforcement works and if that doe not work then, I agree marine drill always works
