I don't brush my hair or comb it. I haven't done that since about 7th grade. If I do my hair gets so frizzy It's crazy. I look like a big hair ball. I have naturally curly hair which I just can't do anything with it.

I have tried straightening my hair. I tried the chemicals which burned and hurt and smelled BAD. Then I tried a couple different straighteners. They only make my hair fuzzy. I even went to a hair dressers and my hair looked amazing... for 6 hours and I even paid 80$$$.

I live in the USA, and my 14 year old son likes to keep his hair long and uncombed. A lot of the other kids in his school have the same sort of styles. It sounds like their styles are not that different than yours.

I keep medium length straight hair so it’s quite easy for me to take care of my hair. I like to brush my hair twice. One is before going to bed at night and the other is getting up in the morning. I was told that if we brush or comb our hair a hundred strokes daily, would make our hair grow healthy. This is because the regular massaging will promote the blood circulation in the scalp.

I'm a senior citizen male, and all my hair has fallen out except one hair just above my right ear. I haven't had a Haircut for 37 years and that hair is now 65 (almost 66 feet long) and I have trained it to grow around and around my head. I have to wear a tooke at night to keep it from getting tangled up while I'm asleep. I don't comb my hair either, and its quite a fashion statement here in southern Canada where I Live. The young ladies are always coming up to me on the street wanting me to take my tooke off so they can see my Hair. Sometimes if they are really cute I let them have a peek. I feel sorry for those unfortunates who have so many Hairs to comb and fuss with. One hair is all any self respecting man really needs!

If I didn't comb my hair I'd look like a slob. I suppose hubby could get away with it though.
