How long can you live without internet?

I can take it or leave it. I don't have to have my computer with me when I am going on a vacation and am gunna be gone for a week or longer. If we didn't have it I don't think i would have internet withdrawls because I have developed other hobbies and i have great friends and family that I like being around and spending time with. I guess thats what people need to do. If the Internet is the only hobby a person has I can see this happening.

I think I can live two, maybe three days without internet. And you have just described me when I am without internet for some time : no fun, anxious.

I feel a bit deprived if I go too long without access to the internet.

Well I was born without internet around, so I don't think I'd die if internet is not around, All people who depends on the internet and says that they'll die without it, are those who are stubborn and they depend their lives in it. I only use internet to enjoy, but if weren't here on mylot I don't think I'd enjoy internet either. I have "life" outside cyberspace, I know how to enjoy it and how to live it..

no i can't live without internet it is only becuase The world is fast with time. so to be connected to family and friends this is the best way. Ljo

I can as long as it can no longer found anywhere else. lol I will only give up using internet if it is no longer in. Or it is already extinct. Or totally nowhere to find. Internet became a aprt of my life. Aside from it is where I earn extra money, through it, I am able to communicate with my family, relatives, and friends who lives away from me. It is also where I get fresh informations about the latest happenings in the whle world. It is really very important to me.

It depends if im in my house i just cannot stay without it, but if im pre-occupied with my friends or family on a vacation i wouldnt mind living without it for a few weeks. But if I wait for more than a month I have to usually spend hours reading all my unread messages. :P

Hi kellyalex, I am one of those people that cannot think about it even, and am sure that on the 2nd day without Internet here I will have a big, no, actually a huge problem... as I will feel terrible, and upset, and angry, so I'd rather not having it happen ;). No life possible without it for me and that is for sure ;) TheFoertunes

I can live without internet actually,but if I have a computer beside me everytime ,I just can't contrl myself sometimes.But most of my friends are addicted to computer games,including my cousin,they play games eight or nine hours per day ,never feel tired .I can't do this. And actually I like communicate with my friend on the phone,I'll be very glad to hear their voice rather than their words.

Me too ,i can not leave internet for a week.That is obvious ,we have frinds who can share somethings on the internet .We human beings need communication,so the time of information,we need internet.

Due to personal issues I went without internet for almost 2 months. The first week with no internet was AWFUL... Now that I'm back into the "online world", I actually like the fact that I took this (much needed) break. Now I spend probably 80% less time online than I did before, and I'm not addicted to anymore online games :D which means more $ in my pocket. I didn't lose touch with family and friends, after all thats what phones are for, right? I actually spend a lot more time talking to friends and family, and I always think a phone conversation beats an email/IM anyday. y. If I could go back and redo it again I'm pretty sure I wouldn't vote to go without internet for so long, but it was nice knowing that having no internet doesn't mean its the end of the world (even though it felt like it!)
