Frequent pee accidents!

My three yr old daughter has about 4 to 5 pee accidents a day. I have taken her to the doctor to check if her bladder is to small or what and the answer came back,NO! She wets her bed every night and i am sick of it. Does anybody know why this happens bc my dr doesn't have an answer for me. HELP!
