i am a newly graduate nurse and fortunately passed our local board exam here in the philippines... and now i've decided to take the nclex exam, can you guys give some suggestions/opinions/ideas (pleeeease..^^) that will help me pass the exam... like books to reviews or if you live here in the philippines(manila), what review centers can you recommend...? ^^
will it be difficult if i work n review?

Hello, fellow new nurse! I, too, am a new nurse! I took the nclex, and I think that nerves and frustration played the most part of the test! I can tell you that I used ear plugs to ward off all the other noises around me, and it really kept me from being distracted. Kaplan has an nclex book out, and a website. They guarantee that you will pass. I couldn't really get into the book, but I'm sure some of it helped me. Brush up on your pharmacology. There's a lot of it in the exam!

thanks... plus points to Kaplan....^^ hehehe.. my friends too say that kaplan is a good review center... kaplan would be no. 1 in my list...thanks again..^^
are you working while reviewing?
(im not good in pharmacology...you gave me an idea. that will be a big help.. thanks^^)

I have already passed! the nclex. I am "in training" on the job, as a nurse. I have a part-time position in the nursing home I've been at for 5 years. Good luck to you!
