anyone know how the earnings work?

just as title implies, i was wondering if someone can explain to me how the earnings work. i seem to be getting random earnings everyday, with no pattern? anyone know? what does it mainly have to do with? just posts and referrals? or is there something else im missing

Hi there buddy, what's been up to lately? Well, Basically we do earn 1cent or more than 1cent for every good quality responses we posted in every discussion. We can also earn 1 or more than 1cent for every discussions we posted. Plus we can earn 1cent for every photo we uploaded together with our responses or discussions. We can also get 25% commission from the earnings of our referrals. Like for example, your referral made up to $1, and so, you can get 0.25cents then.
