Young children learn in a different manner from that of older children and adults, yet we can teach them many things if we adapt our materials and mode of instruction to their level of ability. But we miseducate young children when we assume that their learning abilities are comparable to those of older children and that they can be taught with materials and with the same instructional procedures appropriate to school-age children.

Children learn by what we teach them! There are a lot of kids out there that pick up on the bad things that they see others doing, especially if its someone they look up to. My daughter looks up to me and she is very smart and picks up on every little thing so I have to be extra careful that I do what is right and that my mannerisms are good and treat others the way I want to be treated. Kids adapt to what they are used to seeing and doing. YOU have to set the example and teach them right from wrong. Do you have children? If so how many?
