Is it OK for maried women/ men to flirt ?

i think this should be avoided as long as one can. flirting might eventually result in adulteris / other unwanted cases.

I think its ok if both parties don't take it to far and the party you are flirting with knows that it is just harmless flirting and doesn't take it seriously. I am a big flirt and I know my husband flirts with some of his co-workers and I think that is fine as long as it doesn't go to far. You just have to be careful because there is always some out there who will get to carried away with it.
