If you're asking whether or not I agree with the saying "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer," yes, I do agree. Although I tend not to keep my friends close, and I don't have any enemies that I know of, this is good advice to follow. Having close friends can help you out in a variety of ways. They provide insight, support, help, and fellowship. Keeping your enemies close can help you figure out what they may be plotting against you, and discover their strenghts and weaknesses, so you can utterly destroy them! You just have to make sure they aren't doing the same thing to you. Being nice to your friends also lessens the chances that they might betray you and reveal your darkest secrets to your enemies.
