I don't think it is. When I'm home, I sleep every now and then when I feel sleepy.

I understand that daytime sleeping is necessary for those who work throughout the night. However, I do not think it is quality sleeping, because of the greater disturbances that are ever present during the day, and also it puts your natural body clock out of sync. It is also well-proven that you get the best quality sleep benefit from the sleep that you get before midnight.

As of me i dont like to sleep during day time as i feel very lazy after walking up and more over my night sleep will get disrupted.Very rarely during weekends i sleep for an hour in the afternoon provided i dont have anything to do otherwise i watch tv or do something to get away from sleep. I have heard sleeping during day will lead to increase in body weight.I also feel taking a nap during day is much suitable for small children and aged people.

i think it's wrong, i will have a nap everyday after lunch for about half an hour, i believe this is good for my health.because everyday i have to work with the computer for at least 8 hours, taking a nap is good for my eyes and also good for me to keep active . well ,if you are a person who always sleeps late at night , and like sleeping during day time ,it's not good for your health,it's right.pls do change your bad habit

I think sleep is perfect... anytime it is a good time to sleep for me... But if you can only sleep during day time, means that soemthing is wrong with you!

It is not all right .As I know, having a short sleeping at noon after you have lunch can let your body have a good rest and make you feel energetic all the afternoon.

I am not sure if it is good for your health or not, but I don't see anything wrong with it. Because when I get some sleep during the day I am trying to catch up sleep which I did not get during the night. And how about the people in Spain with their Siesta?
