Yes, it's really nice to have friends whom you can talk with when you are learning how to speak English. But I suggest that you acquire a vocabulary book from Chinese to English and English to Chinese so that you can make yourself familiar with English words and you would understand the meaning because you can not speak if you don't know what to say. You should also get an English grammar book to learn how to write grammatical English for you may be able to speak well but if you do not know grammar, you won't be able to write good English especially because we use English here and so many other places.
