I had met one that person talked to me but he himself said not to touch me which really made me feel pity on him. He was really a master in vocal and nobody gave him vocal in hospital finally I bought one for him just heard that from him it was really amazing. He is still alive his relatives abdoned him and finally a charity agency has adopted him.

You seems to be so nice as your post shows you respect humanity so much..really great..
I have never met an aids patient but dont have any hesitation in meeting them..the worst pain these people suffer is abandoned by their own family members..eventhough there is lot of awareness created that this is not a spreading disease when someone touches and talks with them.I have read many real stories from books about the miserable live these people lead when left alone and some who manages to lead their live coping with all difficulties..
For me the worse is some people who are infected with this disease with no fault of them..small children suffering with this disease and abandoned by their own parents..

Haven't met one yet but I am not afraid of meeting one since I am familiar with the nature of the disease. If one knows on how it gets transmitted, then I believe that those HIV patient should be treated as normal people.Ignorant people are afraid of meeting one. It is so sad to note that it was his family who left him first & non-related folks were taking care of him instead. Basic information about AIDS should be properly & widely disseminated to the public so as to change the incorrect notion about the said disease. Otherwise, being abandoned & treated with fear, this would leave the patients miserable which in turn would lead to frustration. I heard frustrated HIV patients who would get revenge by leaving infected needles or other stuffs in public places. So beware!
