MyLot portal format and Administration

Do you think.. this changed format and Its Administration is Good? I have some questions about it. how to respond the replies received on emails? How to continue the responses?

Well i do think it is pretty good As to your Questions the system is still upgrading Just wait for a while and you might come across some solution As of now i too am having a lot of trouble
