from Teletext "The Ramones drummer Richard Reinhardt is suing the estate of the band's late guitarist Johnny Ramone. Reinhardt says the estate and the band's publisher Ramones Productions Inc don't have the right to sell six songs Reinhardt wrote for the band. He is also suing Apple and Wal-Mart for selling downloads of the songs, which include Somebody Put Something In My Drink and Human Kind."
