What is the last thing you do at nite before going to sleep?

well before i go to bed,i make sure my babies are ok and that they dont need diapers changed,then i check all the doors,then i brush my teeth,put pjs on,pray and snuggle up in bed and watch some t.v.

Before I go to bed I brush my teeth, put on my pj's, check that the doors are locked, check on my daughter, then I cuddle up to my hubby. Tell him I love him, give him a peck on the lips, then go to sleep.

I think it would be a good idea! I always check the doors because I don't want anything to happen to my loved ones or me ;)

I started to check the door, but anytime it was locked... the thing is when I am going to bed does not mean that my roommates are already in bed... so I found the door open couple of times in the morning... I think I am going to have to talk with them about it!

I do not go to bed early. If I take the work back to do in my house I must finish it first. I brush my teeth and then go to work on my computer again. If I don't work I watch tv after I brush my teeth. So the last thing I do sometimes is turn off my pc and sometimes is turn off my tv.

Normally I take a glass of milk, a glass of water. I brush my teeth. Off all lights, check doors and windows locks, looking kids bed rooms. Then I on the TV to watch late night news and ask my wife to start enjoing for few minutes then try to sleep.

Well the last thing is to wash my face brush my teeth put my shorts and then go to bed.Then wake up in the morning ....and do things i have planed for that day....
