Do you record your dreams?

It’s nice for you to do that. As times go by you might have a great collection of dreams then you can write a book about your interesting dreams. For me I am a person that rarely has dream. I only had dreams when I was sick and the dreams more or less the same so I don’t have to record them. All the dreams were about the difficulties of being couldn’t complete certain works, like the one no matter how fast I walked I still couldn’t reach my destination.

I don't record my dreams, 'cause I very seldom remember my dreams, and if I do it's always a really dark and disturbing dream. So I try to forget about my dreams rather than remembering or even interpreting them. I think it's pretty simple. I'm just a bit stressed out and worried, and I don't let these sides live out through me during the day. I push them to the back of my mind. So I guess these worries come up during my dreams. I very seldom remember what I'm dreaming, though, so I'd like to believe I have pleasant/neutral/normal dreams most of the time ;)

Yeah, i remember too, but not always, nway, i´ll do the same, and create a journal for write about my dreams. When i stopped to take antidepressives i always remembered of my dreams (the most was nightmare).

I can't remember the dresms in the morning usually.^_^

I dont record my dream .Sometimes i dont remember what i have dream before.

thats a nice one,,its ccool to have a journ for that,,i guess,,it will be fun when u refer back to the dremas u remembered,,cuz theuy are very less in no,anyway
