Do you like to eat Raw vegetables

Hello jmohana,
Yes I do like to eat raw vegetables. I will just wah them clean and then eat them. I like to eat carrots and cucumbers raw for snacks or with my meal. Sometimes I make vegetable stick out of carrots, cucumber, radish, and celery. I also like to eat salad with fresh lettuce, pickles, etc..
Eating vegetables is healthy and our body benefits from it. Vegetables contain water soluble vitamins like vitamin B and vitamin C, fat-soluble vitamins including vitamin A and vitamin D, and also contain carbohydrates and minerals and fiber. Among the nutrients vegetables may have include antioxidants, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anticarcinogenic nutrients.
I always included vegetables in my diet and teaches my kid to eat them daily. So, lets eat more vegetables and have include them in our daily diet. We are the one whose gonna benefit from eat.:-)

I eat raw vegetables every day. I eat salads almost every single day, no kidding. I think I'm now addicted to eating raw vegetables.

I prefer eating my veggies raw. I really dont like them cooked. I like carrots,peppers,lettuce,celery are all great raw. If I cook my veggies at all I just flash cook them so they are still crunchy.

I love raw vegetables and so does my daughter.We eat them instead of chips for a healthy diet,well,sneak in some chips too.Ha,ha.I like cauliflour,broccoli,carrots,cucumbers,green peppers,salads,celery and alot more.:):)

I like eating raw vegetables for it is nutricious!
I prepare vegetable salad with the following ingredients:
1. carrot
2. lettuce
3. cabbage
5. tomatoes
6. cucumber
7. others
Eating raw vegetables is the secret of staying healthy and live at least a century old!

I can eat raw vegetables if I have something to dip them in. I love cauliflower and broccoli with a good veggie dip. I can eat them without dip if they are good, but usually I would prefer dip.
