Can I use some one else credit card to verity account with Paypal

If i do not have a personal credit card, can I use credit card of some one from my family or friend to vertify my accout with paypal. Please share your experience.

All I can say is definitely not. I've been a member of Paypal for years and I can tell you they will not go along with that. I have a Rep.Payee who pays my bills and my bank account is in their name and they wouldn't let me use the account even though it's my money going into it.
