I've been exercising with Billy Blanks' Taebo series (Billy's Bootcamp Series) for around 6 months and I can see results already. My thighs have become smaller and firmer, even though I thought that I couldn't have possibly done it before (I only exercise twice a week but the results are clear already). I'm SO pleased with his CDs.
Billy has a special CD to trim your thighs: It's called Abs and Glutes. You should try to find his CDs somewhere (perhaps from the internet?). ;-D

Did you know that by thinking and constantly imagining your legs are proportion and slim, will have you beliving it until it becomes real? try it. But you've got to believe it to work.

The sad thing is that you actually cannot lose weight just from one part of your body :( which means that us females will lose the weight where we want as well as where we definately don't want to lose weight. However, you can tone you legs by doing exercises.
This will make them look slimmer and stronger and the muscle will actually burn calories which in turn will make you lose weight.
