Job Changer

I found my first job before four years, due to some problems with my superior, colleagues i'm changing my job frequently once 6 months, Now I started my own business whatever it may be I'm the boss , What do you think loosing our self respect(in some cases) and stick in a job is better or be a proud owner a business is better

i think owning a business is the ultimate in life and to make your own decisions unaffecting others. However, if one doesn't have the financial sterength to begin your own business, the reason to be employed by someone to earn your living and financial build up.
everyone will like to stand on his own however we need be supported by some others to make us stand firmly. it's either your parents, relatives or others who will give that support. so that goes with the saying "no man is an island of success"
