Raw food diet

Hi cynddvs! Like you, I can eat fruits and some vegetables raw but I can never eat meat and any kind of meat raw. I want it to be cooked with all the spices and herbs that can be mixed with it. LOL! I guess, for some they can but as for me, it is absolutely No. Well, different folks, different strokes. Take care and have a nice day.

To be frank enough, it is the duty of every individual to look after his health. In olden days monks used to go days together with raw diet. It is always good to eat vegetables raw. But not non vegetarian food, because our intestines and other digestive system are not made to digest raw meat. In fact it may not be possible to digest raw diet. But vegetables taken raw can be easily digested. All dieticians recommend raw vegetable diet for losing weight without affecting nutrition. Think about it.

I saw it the last time it was on. Grossed me out. I suppose it is good for some people, but not for me.

I could go along with eating raw fruits and veggies but not meat. I don't see how anyone could eat raw meat. I believe there are some chinese dishes (sushi?) that have raw meat but I couldn't eat it. Maybe it's just me. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I've never eaten raw meat.It make me think of ancient human beings,and I may imagine blood and other things.I don't think it's a good feeling.Even,I don't like to eat sashimi.As you know,it make of raw fish.When I think about it,I have no appetite.I can only tolerate raw vegetables.

i am the same with you,i just can live on eating fruits and vegetables raw ,but i can't stand eating raw meat,sometimes at most can eat some fish raw,for instance,Japanese sushi,only for taste

I would never eat raw meat! Yuck! For one thing, it can be contaminated with E. Coli or tapeworm and other nasty stuff that cooking kills. But I do love most fruits and vegetables raw.

I don't think I can eat raw meet,and I think is not good for the health too.Of course for fruits or vegetables as the most of us here I haven't any problem.It will be nice to tell this to my husband and see him face....he always wants him meet very good cooking.

That's pretty gross. I know some people that follow a raw food diet, but they are vegan. They don't have to worry about contaminated meat. I don't really like cooked fruit. But there are some vegetables that I won't eat raw. Like potatoes. Yuck! My husband and son both like them raw, but not me. Onions are another thing that comes to mind that have to be cooked before I will consider eating them. As far as meat goes, I won't even eat a steak that is slightly bloody. I can't imagine eating meat that hadn't been cooked at all.

i did some research about raw food diet because i want to try it... but only on fruits and vegetables... but not meat... i could never eat raw meat...
