How do you feel about Bratz dolls?

I'm not sure how I feel about the Bratz dolls. On one hand...I don't like how they dress them. My five year old always wants them. I don't mind getting her the ones that have clothes that completely cover...which are far and few in between...but even Barbie is coming out with some that aren't covered up anymore. People used to complain all the time about how Barbie just portrayed that girls should be thin and have big boobs...well..what are bratz dolls portraying...a lot of the same thing.

I don't like the way they are dressed and the attitude they represent. I mean they are called 'bratzs'. And I know people say it doesn't matter, but to a young child still formulating their ideas and personality, it is. Even if they are given ones with more clothes, they still tend to beg for the ones they don't have permission to have. And that is a completely normal thing for any child to do. I used to beg for toys my parents felt were inappropriate. But I don't have children. However, I don't think my mind will change when someday I do.
