hi mylot friends, i know everyone of us has a motto in life, mine is "Never expect love to be always at it best cause if you do you'll never appreciate it's existence, Remember that there will be one love for you to have and hold, it might not be the one you expect but it's the one you deserve!" i like this a lot and i know that it is really true in my life. We know that there will only be one love for us to have and hold, God always give us the one that we deserve not what we expected and i truly believe in it. What about you? what's your motto in life?

the motto in life which i have always tried to observe is 'do unto others what you want others to do unto you' and the second one is an adjunct to it which goes 'don't do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you'. this motto is a good advice on how we should live life. if we shall be able to observe this, there will little collisions among people's doings on this earth. this will be so, since definitely all the worngs that people will commit against someone else will always be only those which were not intentional ones. non intentional errors are usually of least damage among our fellowmen.

you have a good points of view trinidad, hope you always follow that in your life and this will serve as a rule to follow for everyone of us also. i also like that motto and i do believe in it. :) we should be mature, responsible and smart enough to know what's right from wrong. have a nice day!

That's the same for me. I know people who say that but they don't really do it too, and it really makes me mad.

My motto in life is "treat others the way you want to be treated". Now that I've told you my motto, I'd like to inform you of Life's motto. I don't know if you know but Life has a motto too. It's, "If it's not one thing, it's another". Very true.

I think God must love me a lot because he gave me a wonderful husband who has been with me for 21 years. I think that we really belong to eachother since we have so many things in common.

then i would think that he is the one you deserve and he deserves you since God brought you together like me and my husband. Sometimes we find love whenever we least expect it. Good luck to you and your family. Have a nice day!

I have two mottos that take me through my daily activities. Tehy are from the Bible: 1. Do unto others as you would have men do unto you. This way I have to think and think really hard before I do anything becasue I dont wish anyone to treat me badly. You know even though I live by this I still get some bad knocks in life from some terrible people but it only makes me love them more and pray for them harder 2. Be swift to hear, slow to speak and slow to wrath. If I practice this then no matter what good words and positive actions will arise from confrontation or a near one. It does help in averting nasty situations too!

My motto is one that is seen frequently: 'Live, Laugh, Love.' I really feel that our days are so limited that we are wise to use them enjoying life to the fullest! Live each day as if it were your last, love all those that you possibly can, and laugh...it beats crying! Look for the humor in all situations...it is the best way to cope!

money - everybody wants extra income
I have many but one of my favorites is on the subject of money: "Why work hard when you can work smart?" I think too many people dig themselves deep into debt then kill themselves working hard trying to pay off all those loans. They think working overtime or getting 2-3 jobs is the "solution" to their financial problems. The truth is, financial problems are solved with financial intelligence. That is, save what you earn then invest it wisely. That will give you extra income so you won't have to work so hard. Less stress, more free time.

My motto for life is really : I will do all I can, when the time is right Im a pretty laid back person. Not really a lazy person, just laid back. I dont get superhyped about small things, and I do things my way. I always have and always will, because what others think isnt really part of my world. I still do all the things that all others does, I just think there is a time for each thing. I dont shop unless I need it, I dont invite guests and then spend half an hour cleaning the dishes right after we ate, I dont drink much cause I dont see the point in being wasted but its still good once a year or so to go overboard :D, I dont watch tv if I have guests and I always flirt even when not trying to get something out of it (theres always time to flirt, its so lifeconfirming) Basicly laid back attitude towards many things but never neglective.

Hi Claire03, mine is: "The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers. But above all, the world needs dreamers who do." and I like it a LOT ;) here are a few others that I find helping me live life in a better way too: "Reputation is what other people know about you. Honor is what you know about yourself." and "Guard well within yourself that treasure, kindness. Know how to give without hesitation, how to lose without regret, how to acquire without meanness." Hello claire, I'm sure you have heard of Murphy's law, if it can go wrong, it will go wrong. Well with that in mind, my motto is "always expect the unexpected". And I strongly believe and practice "do unto others what you would have others do unto you". Happy posting..

"DO work, don't MAKE work." There is enough work in this life that we MUST do, so let's just get THAT done without making MORE unnecessary work to get done.
