Careful with your head!

Most of the stress and anxiety is not caused by what happens to your body, but is rather the result of what happens inside your own head! You have to be happy that most things which take place in your head, that is, the things you are thinking and worrying about will most likely NEVER take place!

thank you for being real , we as a people always will blame others for for the bad and sad events that happen to us
i believe in posiyive thinking the negative will take care of the negative
donot worry just trust in your higher being anf know it will work out

Yes, actually. If we have fear, we will suffer from anxiety. Or we are thinking of something we do not understand. So it's practically ourselves who can cure us from anxiety. Understand the problem within us then search for the answer. Relax and be objective; otherwise, we get sick of anxiety and that would be worse.
