Would women do a better job?

There have been countries led by women, but there is no society in recent times where women really dominated the way men do in our culture. If they did, would the world be better, worse, or no different?

I do not believe that womens or men are superior, I believe that the best candidate should get the job, it doe not matter if it is a women or men!
