does any one have a bullmastiff that loves destroying things?

my beautiful tessa a bullmastiff is 1 and loves destroying things. if the kids leave their toys outside, by morning there is not much left of them, if the gates not shut and she can get near the clothes line she eats my washing!, she loves digging holes and barrking at the postman. help i need ideas on how to stop her behaviour and make her an ideal pet (if thats ever possible)
