No its not but I did find a website where you can get Halo 3 for a low price. First sign up for this site and then they use credits. For example a new game like Call of Duty 3 would be worth 40 points while a game like Super Mario Advance 3: Yoshi's island will have a value of 10 points. The least popluar games would be worth 10 points while Popluar games would be worth 40 points. Games can be worth 10, 20, 30, or 40 points depending on what it is.
So even if you have 4 crappy games they would be worth 40 points total. So if you were to pay $20 for 4 games you could get a new game for the same amount. You basically exchange points with another member to get the new game. The catch is you need a game token in order to recieve games. The game token only cost $4.95. You need to spend one game token for each game you recieve. You can pay by paypal or credit card. If you are interested just add me as your friend and message me on how to get Halo 3 without spending retail price for it.

I don't see Halo 3 dropping in price until maybe in a year or two. Even though it will probably hit platinum in about a month or two. It already was gold even before the game was released with just pre-orders. If you need a copy for cheaper than stores send me a message and I can get you one. Trust me I spent all day playing this game with low expectations because of all the people playing beta saying it wasn't that great but the truth is this one is probably the best one. The multi-player is fun, so far the campaign is pretty solid, the graphics and sound are phenomenal. And to all people who don't know if they want to buy it, then just rent and find out for yourself unstead of listening to other people who probably don't have the same taste you do.
