David Wright of the New York Mets. - My favorite sports player is David Wright from the New York Mets. I feel he is a great addition to the team and very valuable. He has signed a long term contract and will hopefully contribute many healthy years with the mets. He is one of my favorite athletes.

He was a great basketball player during his days with the Bulls.
