Old habbits....bad habits....how do you get rid of them?

It is always a work in process when we want to change our lives, the way we live, the relationships we have with people....we try to find ways to stay focused to better ourselves. But as they say, old habits are hard to break, we revert many a time to the bad habits....it would be great if you share your secrets and not-so secrets. we can help each one....Great days ahead!

great days ahead. for me this is how it works, what i have to quit i remember that and one day or the other i quit. but that is because i am lazy, but you please dont be like that, i know you have enormous potential and you must go right.

hey man, i don't post a topic that is always about me. LOL. i am living my life now, happier, leaving the past for good to face the today, and the many tomorrows. thank you, i know i got you a bit concerned there. listen, i wanting people to be reminded of the things they want to get rid of but finding it hard....everyone needs some help or maybe, a little reminder. smiles, perry

I heard that if you do something for 30 days straight, then it will become a habbit. So, if you don't do something for 30 days then it won't be a habbit anymore. 30 days would be an easier goal than saying I won't do this for the rest of my life. Just tell yourself for the next 30 days you won't do this habbit. Take it day by day and soon you will have broken an old habbit.
