Tummy problem!!

When I had my last child, I still have bulging tummy and looks like a few months pregnant...awful! What is the best exercise or diet for this?

Balance diet plays important role in this regard. Exercising regularly is also a best option for you to be able to maintain your body shape.
Consult your doctor first. If abdominal crunching exercise is acceptable for you, then this would help reduce the size of your tummy.

I think it takes time til our tummy will come back to its original form since you got pregnant. Balance diet can help. I don't know if exercising would be already allowed for you, please consult your doctor first on what's the best solution for this. :)
