Some days i am pretty slack when it comes to eating veggies. I should eat a lot more than i do. I love all veggies except for brussel sprouts, yuk!

I love the green leafy vegetables and I eat them a lot and everyday if they are readily available. Given the choice between meat and vegetables, i would always go for vegetables.

In the picture are sayote tops abundant and cheap in the Philippines. These are very nutritious. Eaten with salted fish with tomatoes, they are very delicious. They are slightly cooked or just steamed. I like it very much.

i like green vegetables mostly becasue ity caontains lot of proteins and vitamins in it.green vegetables are also very tasty. so i likes the green vegetables.
