Nice people usually can't say no, they're afraid of letting people down, but you have to realize you can't do everything, you have to learn to stand up for yourself and say no.

I understand. I was the same way. Its usually because your insecure and your afraid people wont like u. Theres always someone thats not going to like u and if you never say no they wont respect you anyway. Me, I'd rather have respect. If they dont like it when u say no then they shouldnt be there. Good luck p.s once u say no you will free with less stress and maybe impowered.
