I think the quickest way to reduce ur weight is to reduce the amount of fatty foods u eat.. And also go jogging in the morning or in the evening, atleast once a day.. Also try to include as many fruits and vegetables in ur meals as u can instead of the regular stuff that u always eat...

Get busy with something you love. I mean, like reading, taking a class. Explore your interest. Then join a class of people that want to lose weight but have other healthy focuses. I find moving and having a busy life maintains your weight...and if inactive before the weight just falls off. Plus, you don't think much of food. When you add the class, you begin to lose wieght and get in shape...plus there's motivation, you paid for it, and get support from others. You might start expire to be able to breathe easy during all the excerises. Have the best high kick. Or make it around the track 3 times before stopping to walk. Well, Take care!!

Hi anup12! You can lose 5-6 kgs a month by controlling your diet and going for a lifestyle change. 1) Start your day by drinking 1 litre of water and then walking for 45 minutes. You should drink atleast 4 litres of water a day. Resrict your coffee/tea intake. 2) Avoid sweets & junk foods and stick on to rotis and sabji cooked using less than 3 spoons of oil a day. 3) Include sprouts and salads in your meal. Take 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. Avoid nonvegitarian foods and rice or restrict it to one day a week. All the best!

There are a lot of things you can do. First of all, you have to increase your daily calories burned. Even taking a brisk 20 minute walk every day can be incredibly helpful. Next, you have to reduce the amount of empty calories you consume. Stuff like sugar. If you drink a soda every day and eliminate that, you'll make a huge difference. Replace a meal or even half of a meal with a nice big salad. Heavy on the raw greens, and fresh veggies, go light on the dressing. If you're replacing part of a meal, eat the salad first and wait about 10 minutes. Then start eating the rest of the meal, slowly. You'll get full faster. And don't put much on your plate. You can go back for more if you're still hungry 10 minutes after you clear your plate. If you clear your plate and end up feeling overstuffed and bloated you can't take that back. And drink water. 8 cups a day at least. You'd be surprised how much that actually helps.
