Crossing - Night shot of a guy across the street.
Hello roniroxas, I am not one of those who have a good mood then suddenly change into an emotional outburst. I am always in a good mood except only at times that I am really tired and feeling sick. That's the only time that I have changing moods so I try to stay away from people and be by myself when I am feeling not well. Yes, all the people around me can cope up with my moods specially those who are close to me. I am a jolly kind of person so most of the time I am in a good mood and people when they are with me easily get along with me. Also, I am a very patient man so my mood doesn't change and usually stay as is when I am with people. :-)

I'm horrible for my sudden mood changes. My poor partner deals with the blunt of a lot of my mood swings. They're usually worse before my cycle though and it's like doctor jeckle and mr. hyde sometimes.

I found that I was much more moody and prone to stress-induced sarcasm before I had my pain-management program in effect. I cried a lot, hid away, sometimes got a bit hysterical. My family understood the reasons behind it, but I believe they were saints to take my stuff without coming back on me! Luckily, I was never violent, though at times I could have been. Keeping your self-control and working for a solution to your problem is much more effective than blowing your top! Once I let go, I might not have been able to control my actions. That is NEVER a good thing!

i think people needs to realize that we should know how to control our moods. not all people around us can understand and can tolerate our mood swings. good for you as for now you learn how to manage what you feel.
