You have to join first before you can view anything. I've never really watched anything there, but it seems there are lots of things you can watch there.

try veoh.com, it's like youtube but they seem to keep anime posted for whatever reason and it's whole episodes. certain shows can be downloaded I believe, and no, you don't have to download to watch.
